Babsy Evans on Twitter???
Everyone’s favorite Teen Grandmomma, Babs Evans, is famous for her thick New England accent and ratings-gold brawls with her troubled teen mom daughter, Jenelle. So, has Babsy gone to twitter to take out her frustration with raising Jenelle??? Not exactly. BUT, a fan has created a Jenelle-approved twitter account that seems to be the missing link to connect us to Barb in the Teen Mom 2 off season. BabsEvansMTV tweets Barb-isms on the daily and has racked up an impressive 122,000+ twitter followers as of March 21, 2012. Jenelle often retweets some of the faux-Barbra tweets, written in true Barb fashion by using terms such as “FRIGGIN”, “KEIFAHHH”, and ”

Teen Mom Season 3 Reunion
After four years and four seasons, MTV has officially announced that the original girls of Teen Mom’s fourth season will be their last. MTV released the official statement to US Weekly Magazine earlier today. On a Thursday night in June of 2009, we first met Maci, Ryan, and Bentley from Tennessee. The next Thursday we met Farrah and Sophia, then Amber, Gary, and Leah. A couple weeks later we witnessed what I think we can all agree was one of the most touching moments in television history: Carly Elizabeth being given away by her loving birth parents, Catelynn and Tyler, to a safer and more reliable home in Brandon and Theresa.
Oh how four years has changed so many of their situations. Catelynn and Tyler are the only Teen Mom couple still together…………and they’re also the only ones that don’t have a child that can benefit from that. We’ve discovered that Farrah’s situation was far more complex than anyone could have predicted in her 16 and Pregnant episode. The good news is that she is now happy and healthy furthering both her modeling and culinary careers. Maci is still in school studying broadcast journalism at Chattanooga State, and is reportedly in the beginning stages of a relationship with motocross racer, Kyle Regal. Amber is on probation and lost custody of her daughter. Luckily, Leah has a committed, “Mr. Mom” Daddy that has always been there to step in and fill in the gaps.

ETA: No word yet on the future of Teen Mom 2. I assume their days are numbered, though. A third season has already been taped and confirmed. I would guess that they too will end after 4 seasons.

If you’re living under a rock, or maybe just outside of a sorority house, you might not have heard of the newest internet craze, Pinterest! Pinterest is a website where you have “boards” to pin images with links to anything from fashion, to photography, to food, to parenting tips! If you can think it, you can pin it! While it’s a little hard to understand at first, take my word that once you start you won’t stop. It’s essentially the crack cocaine of the internet, if you will. But much safer…..I think.
The good news is that all our favorite teen moms have started to join the Pinterest Party, so all our addictions have begun to cram into one! Chelsea, Kail, and Farrah all have confirmed Pintrest accounts that record their favorite things! Chelsea is at no surprise a fan of pinning hair and motivational pictures/quotes, Farrah is a fan of pinning fashion forward outfit ideas for both herself, Sophia, and a potential little boy in her future, and Kail, the newest TM Pinterest member, is a fan of crafts and tattoo pictures!

Maci’s New Boyfriend (or “just a friend” as the kids call it these days)
Miss Maci Bookout didn’t just go on spring break to have a fun time in Daytona with her friends! Maci, who broke off her two-year relationship with Kyle King at the end of January, met a new Kyle to welcome into hers and little Benny’s life. While both have denied that they’re dating, which we believe here at Teen Mom Central (at least for now), they seem to be a perfect match! So who is Maci’s new boyfriend friend?

Kyle Regal is a motocross racer that resides in Kemp, Texas. He is just a few months older than Maci (compared to Kyle and Ryan who were both 4 years older) as he’ll be 21 on May 14th of this year, and Maci will be 21 on August 10th of this year. He races for the San Manuel Yamaha team, so he has a job (again, an improvement from unemployed Kyle) and has been a professional motocross racer since 2009. He raced in Daytona where Maci and him met up on her Spring Break. He finished 13th overall in the SX class. Experts say he’s a pretty admirable racer who is focused on his career and not the money, as displayed by the fact he’s turned down multiple deals where decent amounts of cash would take up home in his bank account, but he refused the deal because they were with poor quality teams or equipment. He wants to succeed on his own, which means he’s not as likely to take advantage of Maci’s paycheck. This is all hypothetical though, as they are NOT dating…..yet.

Even if they say they’re not dating, they’re sure acting like it! Maci and Kyle snuggled up to each other in a cab while in Daytona (pictured above), along with taking tons of pics together. When Maci got home the connections continued. On twitter, her and Kyle talk back and forth, flirting with each other. Maci might need a guy like this thanks to her hectic schedule. Having a guy that understands she can’t always be there, just like he can’t always be there, thanks to her job might turn out a positive experience for the motocross loving mommy. Especially since the opposite, a guy who can always tag along with her, didn’t seem to work out as she’d hoped. Bentley, a motocross lover himself (even naming his Jack Russel Terrier puppy at his Daddy’s house “Moto”), skyped with Kyle Regal, where Maci said there were “No Girls Allowed!”. The main man in her life and her new friend talked all about racing all night! Many are saying this was “too soon” but I say that as long as this new Kyle character isn’t playing “Daddy” to Bentley in person than it’s no different then Bentley meeting any of Maci’s other friends. Skyping seems like a pretty innocent way for Bentley to get to know the new Kyle from a distance before Maci introduced them in person assuming they eventually do date. Maybe he’s just a rebound, maybe he really is just a friend, or maybe this is the start of the rest of Maci life when it comes to finding that traditional family setting she always hoped she could give Benny. Whatever it is, we here at Teen Mom Central love it!
Chelsea Houska’s Rough Month
Chelsea Houska’s last month has been a huge roller coaster of high highs and low lows. She started on a positive note, getting the chance to go to places like New York and Chicago to spread her positive message to use contraception and the struggles she goes through as a teenage parent. Chelsea was also due to enroll in beauty school at the end of the month. Before venturing off to beauty school, Chelsea went down to Louisiana with her bestie, Erika Floam, for a fun filled Mardi Gras weekend with fellow teen-mommy-in-the-spotlight, Jamie Lynne Spears. While her weekend with JLS was all the fun she expected, she made another great connection while she was there. Chelsea connected with a handful of the guys from MTV’s Caged, including Dane, Roy, Danger, Wes, but especially Daniel.
Daniel and Chelsea had spent a couple weeks prior to her trip talking over twitter. While many fans suspected a relationship, Chelsea and Daniel both denied and said they were “just friends” (famous last words, lol). Things got even more suspicious when just a few days after Chelsea and Erika got home from NOLA, Daniel announced that he and Dane were heading to South Dakota to pay Chels, Erika, and Aubs a visit. Their trip came and it was filled with nothing short of suspicion and near conformation from Chelsea and Daniel that they weren’t “just friends” anymore. A few weeks later Chelsea enrolled in her beauty school to live out her hairstylist dreams. Things seemed to finally be looking up for the girl that seems to always be followed by a raincloud. Suddenly, things seemed to take a turn for the worse. Chelsea found out what her fans had been warning her about right from the start: Daniel has a longtime girlfriend, Becca Price.
Although Chels seemed a little taken aback by the confirmation of Daniel’s girl, she assured fans that it didn’t matter as they were “just friends” like she had said all along. But, Teen Mom Talk confirmed last night that she had been lying and they were definitely more than “just friends”. Heather Clouse reports that Chelsea and Daniel weren’t just hanging out, but were hooking up on their cross-country escapades. Chelsea now claims that Daniel said he wanted to “take things slow” in their new relationship. Um, didn’t they just say that they were hooking up the first time they ever met in person? Apparently that’s still “taking things slow” nowadays when it comes to reality stars that are famous for having kids and cagefighting. (insert Farrah eyeroll) So, as much as there seems to be a raincloud that constantly follows Chelsea, is she really the one that’s putting it there in the first place? In this situation, all signs point to yes. While it’s unfortunate she got screwed over, this is now the second time a guy she trusted has lied to her about prominent things in his life via twitter. The first being her fan proclaimed “twitter boyfriend”, Spencer, who lied about the music he wrote. Using other artists songs to get attention from Chelsea, which she fell for.Chelsea seems to be somewhat jealous of Daniel and his girlfriend, still. She seems to be taunting them a little bit via twitter, while Becca seems to be staying out of it for the most part and has forgiven Daniel.
Hopefully Chels can turn this all into a positive experience by warning young girls about guys taking advantage of them on social networks. While she never met up with Spencer, and continues to talk to him, she did meet up with Daniel and he took advantage of her. It’s a story we’ve heard too many times. Girls that meet guys on social networks and suddenly they’re brokenhearted when the guy isn’t what he said he was. Just because Daniel is on TV doesn’t make him any different. Both are to blame, and Chelsea’s lucky all that she ended up with was two wasted weekends.
She seems to be trying to continue to move forward with her life, though. She continues going to beauty school, and is even considering moving out of South Dakota. Her main focuses seem to be Texas for beauty school, California where a friend Kira lives, and even possibly Minneapolis with her best friend/hair stylist, Landon. She also celebrated her best friend Laura’s son, Karter’s, birthday over the weekend. Only time will tell where Miss Chelsea ends up, but Aubree seems happy as ever and could her leopard loving mama really ask for anything more?
Lindsey Harrison Makes Some Tough Choices
Lindsey Harrison is one of the new girls being featured on the new season of 16 and Pregnant. Her and her child’s father, Forest, are still together and raising their adorable daughter, Aniyah Monroe, together in Reno, Nevada. From the previews, Lindsey may seem like one tough momma. After all, she’s a cage fighter! But on the inside Lindsey still loves her little bundle of cuteness went just as all mommy’s do and will always try to set the best example for Aniyah. Her friends seem like they might need a reminder about Lindsey’s new responsibilities, though.
Lindsey has been off trying to be the best mommy for her little darling, especially recently with both her and her boyfriend getting their license, Lindsey taking multiple tests required to get her diploma and graduate, and going to work to bring in some money to support her little family. Unfortunately, Lindsey’s friends seem to lack understanding for her situation. She recently posted to her Facebook account: “Wish I had one friend who’d call &wanna just chill with Aniyah n I for a night instead of go out &party.but I don’t &that”s life “. So sad 😦 Lindsey was already having a tough weekend because Forest was out of town, and it sounds like her friends weren’t helping. Linds also recently discovered the negative side of featuring her story on MTV. Lindsey says that it bugs her that all the teen moms are compared to each other because they each have different stories and struggles they have to deal with. She reminds us all that what we’re seeing is only a small glimpse into their lives, and that they have no control over how their footage is edited. She just wishes people would stop judging her off of the small amount of footage they’ve seen. AMEN, girl! AMEN!
But don’t think Lindsey is ready to succumb to the pressures of her friends and haters! Lindsey says she is so motivated to get her diploma, even though she hates to leave her baby girl to take her tests. She recently bought her beautiful baby girl an (it’s one of the coolest ones on the market!), an adorable pair of snakeskin sandals, and a sassy black and pink diaper bag for her 6 month birthday! Little Aniyah also has one of the most awesome video baby monitors on the market so Lindsey can keep an eye on her at ALL times. And in just a few short days (11 to be exact) Lindsey will get to meet all her 16 and Pregnant castmates when they head to New York to tape their reunion! She’s already been conversing with a few of the girls, but hopefully she’ll be able to get some phone numbers and skype names so she has some more friends that understand her duties as a dedicated teenage mommy. 
Danielle Loses Weight and Gains Some Mommy Points
Danielle Cunningham was put under fire recently when her son was left with his “Glammy” (aka Danielle’s mom, Casey) for what was a longer-than-should-have-been visit in some fans’ eyes. Pushing through all of this, it seems as though Casey and Danielle have worked out their differences (for now) in the mission to get along for both their own mother-daughter relationship and for the always handsome, Jamie Jr!
Danielle posted that she got in contact with her mother yesterday, March 9th, and that she plans to take Jamie Jr to lunch today! No word yet on if she’ll be splurging from her ViSalus Smoothie Diet, which has helped her lose over 20 lbs of that nasty baby weight she just hadn’t been able to rid her body of! She says she’ll also spend the rest of the day hanging out with her spunky one-year-old, and she’ll also be taking “A LOT” of pictures! Danielle also let us in on the fact that she didn’t get just one, but she’s recently gotten TWO jobs at two different gas stations to help support her little man. She says she’s finally getting her life together and that she couldn’t be any happier about it! Danielle asks that only positive comments come her way as she gets back on track to being the best mommy she can be for little Jamie Jr!
Jordynn’s in for Another Round of Awesome Gifts!
Samantha Hernandez, one of the teen moms from 16 and Pregnant Season 2A, may not have lucked out by landing a deal to be on Teen Mom 2, but that doesn’t mean her daughter Jordynn doesn’t get spoiled anyway! In December, Mommy Samantha gave her little princess some awesome gifts like this adorable Dora Kitchen. A few months later, Samantha jumped on the opportunity to spoil Jordynn some more with this pair of darling sandals! Even at 2 years old, Jordynn appreciates the gifts her hard-working momma gives her! Samantha stated that it “made her day 100x better” when Jordynn told her how much she loved one of her Valentine’s Day gifts!
With Easter fast approaching, Sam chose to get her shopping done early this year! As usual, she’s treating her little girl with tons of new gifts! Judging by the plethora of Dora merchandise, I don’t think it’s any secret that this little girly-girl LOVES the little Latina heroine! Perhaps Jordynn and Kailyn Lowry’s son Isaac, a Spanish speaker in training thanks to his daddy Jo’s heritage, could exchange some Spanish conversation the next time they meet!

Sarah Roberts has an adorable baby girl named Tinleigh who was born in June
of 2011. Her baby’s father, Blake, is no longer with Miss Sarah and doesn’t even see
his blue-eyed baby daughter. The two teen parents reportedly ran away together before
having their little girl and calling it quits, which caused quite the stir
in their little town in November of 2010.

Myranda Trevino and boyfriend, Eric Kennemer, are still together raising their
little girl Kaylee Michelle. They also recently got engaged! Check out the beautiful ring right here!
Many are already calling them the new “Catelynn and Tyler” of the franchise. Here’s

Kristina Robinson is a teen mom from the Lone Star State. Her fiance, John “Todd” Hight
Jr. passed away in a drowning accident before her son Lukas Todd was born. She is
reportedly engaged again, which could prove to be quite the controversial storyline
if she’s chosen for the already announced Teen Mom 3.

Katie Yeager is a teen that ended up on the fast track in life just like her dad!
His is slightly different though, as he races Sprint cars in and around their native
Wyoming. Katie’s boyfriend, Joey Maes, is a little older but that hasn’t been too
much trouble as the couple is still together, making their adorbs daughter Molli
one lucky little girl!

Alexandria “Alex” Sekella is a feisty teen from Pennsylvania. Judging by the
trailer of the series, it looks like Alex may prove to provide some of the
major drama of this season thanks to her boyfriend’s struggle with addiction. Hopefully
Alex can rally around her family, whom she seems very close to, and help
her boyfriend rise above his past for their gorgeous daughter Arabella Elizabeth!

Sabrina Solares was a California cheerleader transplanted into the bible belt state
of Tennessee. Her and boyfriend Iman are the parents of a precious little girl
named Audrey Amini. She faces criticism from her daughter’s paternal
grandfather during her pregnancy, as he wanted her to get an abortion.

Jordan Howard is another Pennsylvania teen that gave birth to a darling
little boy at 17 years old. She and her boyfriend, Tyler Zeplin, are recently engaged
and parents to baby Chase. They’re the second biracial couple of the series,
which judging from the trailer, Jordan’s mother isn’t the biggest fan of. Jordan recently
stated that her mother has seemed to work through this though, since taping the show.

Hope Harbert is a Missouri teen that seems to be the oldest of the girls, giving
birth at 18. Her delightful little man is named Tristan, and he recently got his first
tooth! Tristan’s dad, Ben, seems to have been Miss Hope’s “first” which coincidentally
was the same time their handsome little tot was conceived. Here’s to hoping their
story ends a little more fairytale-ish than Maci and Ryan’s did…

Devon Broyles is a Virginia teen with the youngest munchkin of the bunch.
She has not one, but two, of the standard Teen Mom facial piercings. All jokes aside,
Dev is mommy to a dashing boy with one of my personal favorite boy names,
Landon. Her and her son’s father, Collin Crowder, are still together!

Briana Dejesus is a tough Brooklyn girl who got transferred to the Sunshine
State! Perhaps her love of the night sky brought her down there, as she named
her daughter Nova Starr. Unplanned pregnancy didn’t seem to be a new thing in
her household, as displayed in the trailer for the series as Briana’s sister reveals
that she had an abortion, and expresses her disappointment in Briana not learning
from the hard decision.

Mackenzie Douthit is 17-year-old Miami girl, but not the Miami you’re
thinking of! She and boyfriend Josh McKee are from Oklahoma where they engage
in normal Oklahoma things like bull riding and cheerleading. Their dapper little
darling is named Gannon, and the lucky boy’s parents are still together. Mackenzie
will be the lead off episode into the series at 10pm on March 27th!
